General Questions

Is the entire venue outdoors?
The solemnization venues are outdoors with minimal shelter, however our dining venues are fully sheltered. We have two air-conditioned venues, Country Rose and Loft Musuem.

What happens when it rains?
We will have a wet weather contingency plan, thus your solemnization will still go on whether rain or shine at our back up venue. Our venues are all linked and sheltered, so you don’t need to worry if you forget to bring your umbrella!

Do I need to make an appointment to view the venue?
Yes, viewing is strictly by appointment only. You may arrange a site visit through our Weddings Team by emailing them at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or contact them at 6336 5881.

What are your office operating hours?
On weekdays, our site office is open from 9am – 5pm and our sales office is open from 11am – 8pm. Site visits and appointments on Saturdays are subject to availability. All offices are closed on Sundays except for weddings or other events.

Are there a lot of mosquitoes at the venue?
As Singapore is a tropical country, mosquitoes are inevitable. Fogging will be done a day before your event.

Can we have an after-party after the event has ended? What time do we need to leave?
Of course you can party the night away! However, additional charges per hour will be applicable. The advantage about being tucked away in the countryside is that there are no residential buildings around, so you don’t have to worry about the loud music going on till wee hours in the morning.

Will there be any transportation provided for my guests to Gardenasia?
You may opt to charter a 44-seater or 19-seater coach for a two-way transfer. The coach can pick up your guests from any location as long as there is a bus bay for the coach to stop. The drop off location is up to your selection too. Kindly refer to our Rental List for the prices.

May we hold a date while we make a decision?
We do not hold dates, thus it will be on a first-come-first-serve basis. We understand that important decisions take time, but the only way to hold the date is to book it. Your deposit reserves the date for you.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept payment by cash; check, credit card and bank transfer for deposit payments. The final amount should only be paid via cash or credit card on the event day.


Catering, Food & Beverages

Can any caterer be used for the event?
Gardenasia has compiled a list of Official Caterers for your usage. However, if you wish to select your own caterer, they must be licensed and subject to Gardenasia management’s approval. A loading fee of $1000++ may be applicable to non-official caterers. Only porcelain tableware, glassware and/or silverware are allowed. Plastics and/or disposable wares are strictly not allowed.

Are we able to bring in our own alcoholic beverages?
Yes you may bring your own alcoholic beverages, except for beer. For wine, champagne and hard liquor, all bottles (75cl) brought in must be duty paid and sealed. Corkage fees are applicable at $25.00++ per open bottle for wine and $40.00++ per open bottle for champagne and hard liquor. The full beverage list is available upon request.

What about wedding cakes or other food items not from the caterer?
You may bring in your own wedding cakes at no additional cost. For homemade food or other catered items, they must be properly displayed and not in tin foils or disposable containers.

A copy of the Indemnity Form should be signed and returned to Gardenasia prior to the event day. All food brought in must be served with porcelain ware, glassware and/or silverware only. Plastics and/or disposable wares are strictly not allowed.

Can we pack away leftover food from the event?
We do not encourage nor provide takeaway boxes for the packing or serving of leftover food after the event due to food hygiene reasons. This is in accordance to the Ministry of Environment’s regulations pertaining to good food and hygiene practice.


Solemnization & Wedding Ceremony

Are pets allowed at the venue?
Pets are allowed, however they must be either on a leash or in their proper cages and it is the owners’ responsibility to clean up after their pets and take care of them throughout the event.

Are we allowed to bring in our own band/DJ/musicians?
Yes. All bands/DJs/musicians must submit their Technical Rider prior to the event and subject to the management’s approval. All sound and/or lighting equipment must be contracted through Gardenasia only and subject to additional charges. However, the bands/DJs/musicians are allowed to bring their own musical instruments.

May we bring in our own florist/decorator for the event?
We have an in-house florist, Petals and Leaves, thus no external floral decorators are allowed. The only exception will be the Diaz for Malay weddings.

Is there a room or holding area available for us to change and do our make-up?
It is strongly recommended for couples to change and do their make-up at home before coming to, in order to reduce additional hassle on site. However, our Farmstay villas are available for rent if you prefer to have everything done at our venue.
